Sink SMP – Terms of Service (TOS)

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sink SMP Store (“Store”), operated by Sink SMP (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By purchasing, accessing, or using any products or services provided through the Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Store.

2. General Conditions

  1. You must be at least 13 years old, or have parental/guardian permission, to make purchases from the Store.

  2. Sink SMP reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice.

  3. All purchases made through the Store are voluntary and support the development and maintenance of the Sink SMP Minecraft server.

3. Virtual Goods

  1. All items sold in the Store are virtual, non-tangible goods intended for use within the Sink SMP Minecraft server.

  2. Virtual goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, traded, or exchanged for real currency.

  3. Delivery of virtual goods may take up to 24 hours but typically occurs automatically after the player connects to the server.

4. Payments and Billing

  1. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors such as PayPal or other listed gateways.

  2. By completing a payment, you confirm that you are the authorized owner of the account or have obtained permission from the owner.

  3. Sink SMP is not responsible for fees or restrictions imposed by your payment provider.

5. Refund Policy

  1. All purchases are final. We do not do any refunds in any cases as the money goes directly into the development of the server.

  2. Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases such as duplicate purchases or non-delivery of a product.

  3. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in permanent removal from Sink SMP services, including the Minecraft server and Discord.

6. Server Rules & Compliance

  1. By purchasing from the Store, you agree to follow all rules listed on the Sink SMP Minecraft server and official community platforms. (Discord)

  2. Purchasing items or ranks does not exempt you from server rules. Violations may result in penalties, including account suspension or ban, without refund.

7. Service Availability

  1. Sink SMP strives to maintain uninterrupted server availability; however, downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

  2. Purchases do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the server.

8. Liability

  1. Sink SMP is not liable for:

    • Loss of virtual items due to server resets, updates, or gameplay events

    • Technical issues or downtime

    • User misconduct, account loss, or compromised accounts

  2. Your use of our services is at your own risk.

9. Changes to Terms

Sink SMP reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Store after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
